Robotics Engineering Department
Department I

Robotics Engineering

Focuses on physical implementation and mathematical modeling of articulating machinery. Students learn structural mechanics, actuator systems, power grids, and hardware fabrication.

  • Microcontroller Assemblies: Calibrating STM32 and Arduino edge structures.
  • Kinematic Equations: Forward and Inverse Kinematics calculations for multi-axis joints.
  • Power Systems: Electronic speed controllers, torque curves, and heat management.

Department II

AI & Software Systems

Dedicated to cognitive computing, neural training pipelines, and machine vision. Write, refine, and compile logic patterns enabling machinery to interpret environmental inputs.

  • Neural Networks: Training feed-forward and convolutional models (CNNs) in Python.
  • Computer Vision: Real-time feature extraction, color matching, and object tracking with OpenCV.
  • Edge AI Deployment: Compiling models to execute efficiently on low-power devices.

Mobile Autonomous Systems Department
Department III

Mobile Autonomous Systems

Deals with vehicles and mobile systems navigating unmapped domains. Learn LiDAR sensory arrays, simultaneous mapping (SLAM), pathfinders, and coordinate structures.

  • LiDAR & Sonar Fusion: Processing multi-source sensory grids to construct collision corridors.
  • SLAM Algorithms: Implementing localization structures for real-time tracking.
  • ROS2 Navigation: Managing robot nodes, network links, and communication brokers.

Real-Time Joint Tracking

Move your cursor around the panel on the right. The joints and claws of the vector arm use real-time kinematic scripts to recalculate joint rotations, aligning itself dynamically to your cursor coordinates.

Understanding coordinate translation and trigonometric mappings is a core skill taught inside our Robotics Engineering courses.
